Beach Girls Realty is a boutique Sunshine Coast real estate agency founded by Director Rebecca Westman, built on a personal, considered approach to buying, selling and property management. After years working in property overseas and falling in love with the Sunshine Coast during extended stays, Rebecca made the move permanent in late 2025, settling in Cotton Tree with her husband and two sons.
That varied background, from farm living with young children to navigating downsizing, shapes how she works with clients today. Rebecca understands that property is rarely just a transaction; it’s tied to family, future plans and financial security, and she brings genuine care, empathy and honesty to every client relationship.
