Envie French Bakery is Alexandra Headland’s artisan French patisserie, handcrafting pastries, fresh baguettes, specialty coffee and beautiful cakes daily on-site. The bakery is the newest venture from Florian and Michelle Guillemard, the husband-and-wife team behind the much-loved Flo’s Crêperie in Noosa and Mooloolaba, who took over the beloved former La Petite Souris earlier this year.
For the Guillemards, stepping into patisserie has “always been a dream,” and joining the French bakery scene felt like a natural next step after more than a decade in the crêperie world. Head pastry chef Alexis Belmas continues to lead the kitchen, bringing years of experience and a steady hand to Envie’s signature range of buttery croissants, classic pastries, tarts, cakes and quiches. Under the Flo’s team’s same delicious ethos, Envie honours the bakery’s strong reputation for quality while introducing fresh creativity, promising familiar favourites done exceptionally well alongside thoughtful new additions.
