The much-anticipated restaurant at Alsahwa Estate’s new home in Palmwoods opened for a day full of sunshine and celebrations. The farm-to-table dining experience included ingredients harvested from the stunning property and sourced from local farmers. Crafted with passion and cooked with heart, ēthos offers a modern Mediterranean-inspired menu made to share.
