Twenty years ago I took eight CEOs and managers away to Spain to the stunning Kempinski Hotel, for what I then called “The Bodibreak©”. 

A retreat away for personal and professional alignment, space to think and take stock of the importance of health and mindset, as well as the wealth they had been striving to create for many years in high paced careers.
