An important part of our brand DNA and ethos at Hello Sunshine Magazine and IN Noosa Magazine is to be ‘more than a magazine’. Connecting the community through storytelling, client activations and events, highly-engaged digital marketing and our much loved Everyone Has a Story – Conversations from the Sunshine Coast and Noosa podcast, all fall under the Hello Sunshine and IN Noosa umbrellas.
Our sold-out Curated (side) Plate event, Podcast, Pinot & Duck ticked a lot of those boxes. Held at Market Bistro, Maroochydore the event not only included three delicious courses with matching wines but also four Everyone Has a Story guests: restaurateur Tony Kelly; scriptwriter, journalist and Powderfinger drummer Jon Coghill; Porsche Carrera Cup racing driver Harri Jones; and chef
and contributer to our magazines, Matt Golinski.
It was a great way to bring the podcast to life and connect both our lunch guests and podcast guests to get to know each other better.
Market Bistro head chef Daniel Dobra prepared an outstanding menu that would satisfy duck lovers everywhere; paired perfectly with superb service and Pinot varieties expertly chosen by Market Wine Store’s Damien Ringrose.
There were hilarious anecdotes, interesting tales and loads of memorable moments as the panel covered careers, passions, purpose and more.
